ADITSEngineering intelligent systems for complex problems.

Systems delivered for teams in

  • Music analytics
  • Hospitality software
  • Film & television
  • Construction

We build intelligent automation, large-scale data systems, AI knowledge platforms and the infrastructure that keeps them running.

Every stage ends in something you can inspect

We prove the riskiest part before committing to the rest, and each stage hands over a real artefact, not a status update.

  1. 01

    Discovery & research

Map the systems involved, how they behave, and where the real risk sits.

Delivers: Feasibility note and risk list

  2. 02

    Prove the hard part

Before estimating everything, prove the riskiest piece works.

    Delivers: A working, measured spike

  3. 03

    Architecture

Decide services, data model, deadlines and failure behaviour, and agree the interface.

Delivers: Architecture document and API contract

  4. 04

    Engineering

Build in milestones that run end to end from the first week, in your repositories if you prefer.

    Delivers: Services with automated tests

  5. 05

    Deployment

Ship to production with checks that catch silent failures before your customers do.

Delivers: Running system with monitoring and alerts

  6. 06

    Handover or operation

Hand over with runbooks your team can follow, or let us keep running it.

Delivers: Runbooks or a maintenance plan

About ADITS

ADITS grew out of years of independent engineering for startups in France, the wider EU and the United States. Today it is an engineering company with its own team, built around the work other teams find too hard or too fragile to own.

About ADITS

What people ask before starting

What kind of projects does ADITS take on?

Systems where the hard part is underneath the interface: getting reliable data out of platforms that have no API, automating work inside web portals, building AI workflows that have to hold up in production, and running the infrastructure all of that depends on.

If a typical web team could build it comfortably, we are probably not the best value for you.

Do you work with international businesses?

Yes. Most of our work has been for companies in France, the wider EU and the United States. We work remotely and in English.

Can you build custom AI automation systems?

Yes. We design the workflow first: the inputs, the decisions, where a model is actually needed and where plain code is safer. Then we build it with validation, evaluation and fallbacks, so the system behaves predictably when the model does not.

Can you process millions of records?

Our data systems are built to run continuously rather than as one-off scripts: parallel collection across regions, bounded worker pools and queues, PostgreSQL for storage, Redis for caching, and scheduled verification so we know the data is still right.

We give you an honest throughput and cost estimate once we have looked at the sources.

Do you develop custom RAG systems?

Yes: ingestion and chunking, embedding pipelines, vector storage, retrieval and evaluation. We also audit existing RAG systems, measuring retrieval quality against real questions before changing anything.

Can you deploy and maintain production infrastructure?

Yes. We run our own and our clients' services in Docker on VPS infrastructure managed with Coolify, with CI/CD, monitoring and alerting. We can hand it over with runbooks or keep operating it for you.

Can you work with an existing software team?

Yes. A common setup is that your team owns the product and we own a hard subsystem behind a clean API: an extraction service, an automation engine or a data pipeline. We work in your repositories and review process, and document what we build.

How does an engagement work?

It starts with a short technical call about the problem. Then a discovery phase where we prove the hardest part first and write up the architecture and an estimate. The build follows in milestones with working software at each step, and ends with deployment and handover, or ongoing maintenance.

Have a complex problem? Let’s engineer the solution.

Tell us which systems are involved and what makes the problem hard. The first conversation is technical, not a sales call.
